TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Norveliana. These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to norveliana.com and to every order placed in our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Museaura B.V., trading as Norveliana. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing an order.
2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through norveliana.com. A consumer is any natural person who buys products for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Our store is intended for customers aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. DELIVERY AREA
We only deliver within Belgium. Orders with a delivery address outside Belgium cannot be accepted. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.
4. PRODUCTS
We sell home decor items and gifts. We do our best to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. However, small differences in colour, size or appearance may occur, for example because of screen settings, lighting or the handmade or natural character of certain materials. Such small differences do not make a product faulty.
All products are offered while stocks last. If a product you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment already made.
5. PRICES
All prices on our website are shown in euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on our website at the time you place your order. If a product is shown with a clearly incorrect price because of an obvious error, we are not bound by that price. In that case, we will contact you, and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.
6. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED
The products shown on our website are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Before doing so, you can check and correct all your details and the content of your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your order. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation by email, or when we ship the products, whichever comes first.
We may refuse an order for a valid reason, for example if a product is out of stock, if there are signs of fraud or if the delivery address is outside Belgium. In that case, we will inform you and refund any payment already made.
7. PAYMENT
You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Payment is due at the time you place your order. We will only ship your order once payment has been successfully received.
8. DELIVERY
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once you, or a person you have named, have received the products.
If delivery is significantly delayed, you may set us an additional reasonable period to deliver. If we do not deliver within that period, you may cancel the contract and we will refund any amount you have paid.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have named who is not the carrier, receive the products. If you ordered several products in one order that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last product.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to info@norveliana.com or by letter to our address shown in Section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.
Return of the products: You must send the products back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. We will tell you the return address when you contact us. You bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to refund the extra cost.
Condition of returned products: You may handle the products only as needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value of the products caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items with names, initials or custom text, or to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEE
All products sold by Norveliana are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian law. This means we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us at info@norveliana.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where possible. You are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
Please report any lack of conformity to us within 2 months of discovering it.
The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect care, or changes made to the product by you.
11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery, at info@norveliana.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. LIABILITY
We are liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier problems or power or internet outages.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on norveliana.com, including texts, images, logos, product photos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Museaura B.V. and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
14. PRIVACY
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
15. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@norveliana.com or +32 480 82 22 57. We will do our best to find a fair solution and aim to reply within 5 business days.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and all contracts between you and us are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Liège, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you place your order.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and in effect.
